I have over a decade of experience coaching thousands of leaders in my career.  I was a Senior HR Leader at Facebook where I helped form the culture and support 3,000 leaders and employees to ground-breaking achievements, and I’ve worked as the VP of People for a very successful SaaS Company that I helped form and grow to over 1,400 people, plus a plethora of other leadership roles.  I’ve supported thousands of people over the course of my career—so you could say I know a thing or 12 (ha!) about what it takes to be a show-stopping manager!
